This isn't your normal "house salad". Whenever I order a house salad, I'm always disappointed with a plate of iceberg lettuce and a few shavings of carrots.
Beets, carrots, cucumber mushroom and organic greens- now that's a GOOD house salad

I'm not a salad eater and that makes me sad. i'm actually not a very healthy eater and tat makes me sad.

I would be THRILLED to get that salad, especially the shredded beets.
Congrats on school. I wish you the best. I do understand about being happy that you actually get to cook... I have been in this spot not to long ago.
