Dinner tonight is cooling and waiting to be eaten.
I made spaghetti and a mushroom sauce. The sauce is my fav part. I just started making it. It's in the beginning stages. It involves dried mushrooms and fresh mushrooms. I add tofu to make the saucy 'creamy' as well.
Okay you feast with your eyes while I actually feast : )

Teddy, that would be fine minus the mushrooms. Yes, I'm a strange one. A vegetarian who doesn't like mushrooms. I don't know if there are too many of us out there. I've tried mushrooms numerous times over the years, but I just can't get a taste for them. Too bad because there are so many cool varieties out there.
