Baby Bok Choy

While surfing the Irvine market I picked up some delectable yet cute baby bok choy.

This was some of the freshest bok choy I've seen.

An aerial view

I made a simple stir fry with a sprinkle of red chili flakes.

It's thursday and I'm already looking forward to going back to the market. Most of my produce has been gobbled up and I'd love to have a fresh salad right about now.

Ooh, baby bok choy! I have a fabulous pasta recipe with a tahini sauce that has baby bok choy and scallions.

Those are great looking bok choy. Or is it bok choys. I love what you did with them too.

Saw your chocolate post. Mmmm! Those are huge bars. We have those Cadbury bars here in Canada. Granted not usually that big, but those varieties can be found pretty much anywhere. Hmmm....maybe it's time for a trip north, eh Teddy?? ;o) Closer than England.

Teddy - baby bok rocks! It's one of those great vegetables that don't need alot of dressing up. I like mine stir fried with garlic.
