This week we had fresh angel hair pasta with homemade pesto and fried eggplant. I haven't had pesto in months and it was just as delicious as I remembered.

What a great photo of your mum & dad! I love the family veg night idea. I wish my family would do that, but my dad laughs at veggies.

it's so funny, you get sick of pesto so quickly, then when you come back, it's so good. and that eggplant looks AWESOME.
