Richard just took his last final!
How did I celebrate? I made my first batch of 'Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World" cupcakes. I choose the Chai Latte recipe with the buttercream frosting (I added a little nutmeg to it too).
Richard isn't home yet and doesn't know I made him a treat; I can't wait till he gets here! Wish him luck on the test :)

Hi Teddy. I was buried under paperwork for school for awhile. Nut I did getthe vegan cupcake book and yours look yummy! I can't wait to try some of them! I think I may try the cookies one or the cream pie ones. Have a wonderful holiday!
