This week was cheese ravioli with a sweet potato sauce and sauteed peppers/zucchini on top.
Once again, I love the colors of this dish. I'm not sure but I think that my parents got this recipe from Nava Atlas' site.
This weekend I'm buying a pumpkin, oven roasting the seeds and making pumpkin puree for pumpkin butter at the very least. I'm excited for it. I've never cooked a whole pumpkin before.
