Hi guys!
I'm at my parents house right now. Tonight is our family night. I just wanted to share the good news. My mom came up with a great idea! Vegetarian home cooking night on Wednesdays.
We're going to cook as a family every week! Tonight is eggplant and mushrooms on toast; it's a recipe my mom found and was eager to try.
I'll try to post some pictures of it later tonight :)
