I'm about to go out car shopping today with my parents. My mom wants a new, more fuel efficient car. We're thinking Toyota. I don't mind the car shopping b/c it's not me that has to purchase. No pressure hehe

Richard and I had Whole wheat bagels with cream cheese and avocado! I highly recommend the cream cheese and avocado combination. Tofutti makes GREAT cream cheese as well. Give it a shot and tell me how you like it : ).

Hi! I just found you via Vicki (Vegetarian Family). I want to let you know that I like your site and especially this post. I've never had veg cream cheese and I have had a tub sitting in the fridge for what may be too long now. I haven't had dairy in about 7+ years so I don't care to try it, but seeing these bagels with avocado is making me want to try it right away! Great post! ~Leslie~
Teddy, I pretended the avocadoes were tomatoes :o) and it looks divine!! I do like the colour, very nice. One day I'll try an avocado again.
Regarding the car purchase, I drove a Toyota pickup truck for 18 years (and 250,000 miles!) and in 2004 bought a Scion xA. I LOVE IT. Scion, like Lexus, is under the Toyota "umbrella" and you just can't go wrong with a TOYOTA!

Teddy, no way! That is really cool! What is the colour of yours? Mine's the dark blue... YOU have awesome taste in food and cars as well!!
btw, I have two stickers on the back, "I Don't Eat Anything With a Face" and "Go Vegan!" I used to have a Native Foods sticker on the back as well but the rains pretty much washed it all off.
