Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Okay, I only eat pumpkin and chocolate this time of year so EVERYTHING becomes pumpkin chocolate. I mean, I need to eat a whole years worth over a period of a few short months, ya know?

Wow! We love pumpkin, and we always enjoy making creative new ways of using pumpkin and other great ingredients! Do you happen to have the recipe?
We were in the pumpkin mood, too, and already made pumpkin pie (dairy free). We are thinking of making pumpkin biscuits or pumpkin muffins or pumpkin coffee cake or pumpkin oatmeal cookies, etc...
