While studying for school one night, Richard happened upon a little Mexican restaurant near our home. Well this little shop serves HUGE vegetarian burritos!
They're large enough that he can't finish one on his own. This from a guy who eats his whole meal and finishes half of mine! I had to try it. Thus we shared one (of course!).
Inside is black beans, guacamole, white rice, fresh salsa, cheese and sour cream.
The burrito was still a LARGE meal, even when cut in half.
My computer is still out of commission but Richard is letting me hop on his. TGIF!!

That is massive! It reminds me of a burrito available at a Mexi restaurant we frequent. They call it "Big As Your Head Burrito". The filling sounds very good. So, how did it taste?

That looks GOOOOD! We've had Mexican food for lunch or dinner for the last three days; can't get it out of my system. The weather was so beautiful yesterday that we had margaritas on a restaurant patio and didn't need coats even after it got dark. Felt just like summer. Mmmmm.
Holy... GUACAMOLE. Ha ha! That's a big burrito. I have to show Jase, maybe he'll take it as a challenge for his F The 12 Steps Burrito recipe :)
