This is what I made fore dinner last night. It was great! So great that I even had it for lunch again today. I've been stretched a bit thin the past week, comforting food was exactly what I needed.
It's Cara's Birthday tonight and I'm about ot head out to go bowling with her. I'll post how I made this when I get home tonight. :)
