Then I pat them really dry with a tea towel. In a large bowl, I mix up a bit of olive oil, some garlic powder, minced garlic, and whatever other seasonings I'm in the mood for (cumin is great). If I have fresh herbs like rosemary or parsley, I'll toss that in as well. Anyway, put on a sprayed baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes at 350. Then try to flip them as much as possible and bake for another 15 minutes or until crispy (this could depend on how thick you cut them).
